Conception and definition of lots in the form of a structural work package for new aircraft programs or during series production lifecycle. The jobs usually executed are:

• Definition of concepts of assembly and interface drawings.
• Computation of pre dimensioning, dimensioning.
• Mock-up of space allocation, assembly feasibility and maintenance studies.
• Integration of computations for static tests and in-flight, justification of admissible risks
• Update of modifications and evolutions of definitions, engineering changes
• Records of computation comparison /tests, justification of specific risks
• Certification records, engineering files.
• Consideration of the manufacturing constraints

 

MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND ASSEMBLY

Design and Manufacturing :

• Jig support.
• Drill racks.
• Assembly tooling.
• Calibration tool.
• Light tooling in composite material.
