BODY AND MECHANICAL ORGANS
• Design and calculation of all components of the entire body equipped with all its mechanical organs, composed of stamped metal sheets and casting parts.
• Full development of technical solutions, press forming feasibility from styling shape drawings, regulation constraint, functional specifications, expected level of service and industry rules and standards.
• Design of product/process up to the operational fine tuning at the factory.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
Body side, wing reinforcer, apron, roof panel, lower front pillar, cantrail, center and quarter panel pillars, side, wheel arches, floorpan.
DOORS
Door panel, door panel reinforcer, interior/exterior release control, door hinges, window lift mechanism, sealing, glazing.
CHASSIS ORGANS
Ground liaison: cradle, front and rear axles, hub carrier, rotating parts, steering column, braking circuit, gas tank and fuel circuit, exhaust line
